Chakras’ associations

Here is a nutshell view of each of the Chakras’ associations (starting from the top to bottom in order of physical arrangement within the body):

Crown Chakra: Is associated with divine energy, it connects us with the universal energy, it is assumed that divine energy enters our beings from the top of (white or violet) the head. Associated emotions/stresses: Associated physical manifestations:

Third-Eye Chakra: The intuitive nature of the third-eye chakra allows consult with our higher self/soul to provide the insights and answers available within us all. (indigo) When blocked, it is usually attributable to upsets in the relationships closest to our hearts, and can impede progress toward peaceful, loving interactions. Our third-eye chakra helps us to address external stresses and alleviate associated stresses.

Throat Chakra: Governs our expressive nature. Allows us to speak our truth. Issues with talking too much or extreme shyness are associated with the throat (blue) chakra.

Heart Chakra: Influences relationships, romance, when clear and in motion, this chakra tends to guide us toward positive interactions with others, and finding (green) our purpose and passions. When blocked, we may be experience distress in relationships, and physical manifestations:

Solar Plexus Chakra: Our gut level reactions are dependent on the Solar Plexus Chakra, self confidence, willingness to step outside our comfort zone and try new (yellow) experiences, are associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra, which is physically located in the area of the GI tract. Blockages here may physically manifest in issues relating to: IBS, constipation, intestinal cramping, ulcers, gluten, lactose intolerance, food allergies, weakened immune system, inflammation, etc.

Sacral Chakra: Sexual chakra, governs all reproductive organs, our innate desire to couple, procreate, sense of acceptance, reciprocity in relationships, etc.

Root Chakra The grounding chakra, the Root Chakra connects us to the earth, anchors our vessel, creates balance, and our sense of being connected to (red) the universe and our personal sense of well-being depend on the Root Chakra.
